Send a letter to your Minister of Health to advocate for centralized interpretation services!
Access to professional interpretation is required to create safe, equitable and positive healthcare access and experiences for newcomers. While there are standards that have been created to promote the use of interpreters at the point of care, many provincial provinces do not fund centralized interpretation services.
Join N4 in advocating for more equitable healthcare and take action today by using our template letter addressed to provincial ministries of health, which advocates for provincially funded centralized interpretation services.
