The Community of Practice (CoP) Working Groups would like to hear from you

The N4 Community of Practice (CoP) has formed two working groups to address system-level barriers which impact equitable access and experiences in health and social services for newcomers to Canada:

The Access to Interpretation Services Working Group’s goal is to establish a national best practice guidance document which can be leveraged to ensure a consistent approach across Canada.

The Afghan Refugee Resettlement Working Group is curating existing resources to form a toolkit to assist health and social service professionals in providing equitable care and services to this vulnerable population.

The Working Groups would like to hear your perspective on these two issues to inform their work. It may take 10 minutes or less to complete the survey!
