Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is offering technical briefings on asylum claim processes. The technical briefing was developed to help front-line workers and government organizations gain a better understanding of the procedures involved in processing claims submitted by asylum seekers, as well as the supports and services they may be able to access while their claim is being processed. Please note that the information sessions are geared towards front-line workers and public servants from various community organizations and municipal, provincial and other governmental organizations who work with asylum seekers.
