Dr. Zubin Austin is a professor of Health Services Research and the Murray Koffler Research Chair at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto, and at the Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. His research focuses on the professional and personal development of the health workforce, with a focus on the successful integration of internationally educated health professionals (especially internationally trained pharmacists) into the Canadian workforce.

Evaluation of Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) Program
The Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) program is an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) initiative that assists with the integration of newcomer children and families through school-based supports. N4 has created a summary of the data in their recent evaluation that may be useful to settlement practitioners and others who have contact with the SWIS program.

We are proud to announce the launch of this online program developed to help Internationally Educated Healthcare Professionals (IEHPs) overcome barriers to finding healthcare jobs in Canada. The first cohort runs from Sept - Dec 2022.
